As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play an important part in maximising store performance by delivering outstanding service and supporting the presentation and availability of products. From assisting with stock management to offering knowledgeable advice, you'll ensure every interaction reflects our values: Customer First, Honest, Committed, Knowledgeable, Courageous, and Innovative. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering excellent customer service that is friendly, respectful, and solution-focused
Supporting the store team in maximising sales opportunities through product knowledge
Taking ownership of a designated department and driving sales through merchandising and promotions
Reviewing stock levels and adjusting seasonally to meet customer needs
Processing goods inwards and maintaining stock file accuracy
Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and the store is well-presented
Becoming proficient in cash handling and following company procedures
Working in line with health & safety guidelines and GDPR compliance
