Branch Supervisor - Colchester - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Supervisor based in Colchester, you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to increase the business at the branch.
Serve customers on the trade counter and offer excellent customer service.
General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday shifts will vary between 7am - 5pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8am - 12noon.

Willingness to learn and collaborate within a small team environment and step up to run the branch in the Branch Managers absence.
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build strong relationships.
Proven experience in supervising a team in a sales and customer service environment
Industry, merchant or supervisor experience.
