As the Cash Office Responsible, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house and cash office are both organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. • Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
• Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required
• Processing and banking daily sales

What You Need to Succeed: Knowledge
• You understand what makes a great customer experience
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience
• Fluent in English
• Previous knowledge of cash management & payroll entry is an advantage
