Full Job Description
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service, This company are a multi-office independent Estate Agency with offices across Essex, who have built a reputation with a team of experienced professionals who work hard to make sure that they understand exactly what the client wants. Customer service is the most important aspect of what the company does, together with their superior knowledge of the property market, they provide expert advice to create a tailored service that puts the individual client first. They understand the importance of communication at every stage of the process, and pride themselves on their open and friendly attitude. This is a startup office and will involve working alongside the Sales Manager to help with the growth of the department with high potential due to the postcode coverage.
- 6 months + previous experience in Estate Agency
- Full understanding of the sales process
- High level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Confident and happy with canvassing
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
Basic £20,000 DOE - OTE £30,000
- 10% Personal Commission
- Bonuses
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 out of 4 Saturday's 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu when worked) (one Saturday off a month)

The ideal candidate must have 6 months + experience in Estate Agency, understands the full sales process and is looking to work themselves up. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.,
