Full Job Description
Our client is lookoing for a Facilities Manager who has a mechanical or electrical background, to work as part a large maintenance team covering a contract of education contracts.,
- You will be in overseeing ppm, reactive maintenance and small works completed by the subcontractors
- You will ensure the works are scheduled in and completed to a high standard and within budget.
- Responsible for the delivery of specialist M+E ppm and reactive maintenance across the sites
- Contract KPI's and compliance are monitored and met byt specialist subcontractors.
- Ensuring SLA's are hit, running reports and analysing workflow
- Ensure Compliance through planned audits, inspections and testing of sites and accurate records are kept for this.
- Work with the onsite client to make sure they're happy with the service provided.
- Ensure the CAFM system is managed and kept up to date which will enable accurate KPI reporting.
- Meet with client and auditors as necessary, and attend meetings ensuring all agreed actions completed.
- Support the Head of Engineering to manage the hard services across the contract.
- Work alongside the Energy team and the Minor works manager to deliver a full asset management for the customer.
Excellent communication skills - From a technical background - mechanical or electrical with relevant qualifications.
- Ability to manage maintenance and lifecycle KPI's
- Able to identify and rectify issues
- Strong management and engagement skills
