PLACEHOLDER
You will have demonstrable practical experience of identifying opportunities for additional investment to reduce inefficiencies and losses. A detailed knowledge of planning regulations, building control and other statutory requirements is essential to ensure all compliance requirements are met. You will have the ability to plan effectively, solve problems quickly and shape and adapt services innovatively for the benefit of our tenants.
Educated to Level 5 in a relevant Surveying/Building Studies/Construction qualification, you will be able to evidence your continuous professional development.

We are looking for a talented individual to ensure digital surveys and inspections of properties are carried out in an effective manner, ensuring all work complies with service standards, policies, and statutory regulations.
