Introduction

We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Business Administration Apprentice to join a busy estate and lettings agency. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business and working closely with management and the wider team.

What You'll Do

Handling telephone calls and general email enquiries
Producing professional letters, emails and general correspondence
Using our CRM/property management system to record communications, make notes, update records and manage tasks
Liaising with management and ensuring information and tasks are passed to the relevant team member
Booking and coordinating property viewings, inspections, check-outs and other appointments
Arranging and coordinating repairs and maintenance between tenants and contractors, including obtaining quotes and following up outstanding works
Generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets and other business records
Writing up property inspection and check-out reports from information and photographs provided
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property, landlord, tenant and applicant records
Following up outstanding tasks, enquiries and correspondence
Providing general administrative support to management and the wider team

Training Outcome
