We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on a planned works programme based in Sheffield. This role will focus on Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects and adaptation works, ensuring tenants are fully supported throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for residents during planned works.
• Manage tenant communications, including updates, access arrangements, and complaint resolution.
• Support vulnerable residents and ensure minimal disruption during works.
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and housing officers to coordinate schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues raised.
  
  Proven experience as an RLO, ideally within social housing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic approach to tenant concerns.
• Confident handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Knowledge of SHDF and adaptation works is highly desirable.
  
  Based in Sheffield, with travel to properties across the region.
