Full Job Description
Your role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial oversight on this exciting project, managing cost and risk while ensuring value for money and contractual compliance. You'll be involved from early-stage feasibility through to final account, working closely with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
You'll also:
-Lead procurement and manage subcontractor packages
-Prepare and assess applications for payment
-Monitor project expenditure and produce CVRs
-Manage change control and mitigate commercial risk
We're after someone with...
-A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
-Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
-Experience in main contracting and large-scale 2-stage bids
-A collaborative, trusted, and focused approach - aligned with Kier's values
-A full UK driving licence, Disability Confident
