Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Compliance Officer. This role is a critical member of the Property Team, reporting to the Property Compliance Manager, and influences the whole breadth of housing and support services.
The Property Compliance Officer will effectively coordinate all programs of landlord compliance and be responsible for the provision of administrative support for the compliance team. You will also ensure that all compliance functions adhere to all statutory and regulatory compliance areas (including, Gas, Asbestos Electrical, Legionella, Fire Safety, and Lifts and Hoists) and completion targets are met and in line with service level agreement.

About the candidate:
As a successful Property Compliance Officer you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong knowledge of property compliance legislation
- Excellent customer service
- Plan and co-ordinate the work of the Compliance Team
- Regularly review performance to ensure that VFM is provided
- Own and maintain an Approved Contractor list for servicing and repair contractors for all compliance and servicing areas and remedial works.
- Support the Property Compliance Manager with monthly reports to Head of Property Services on progress identifying remedial measures where targets are not met
- Driving performance through process management and effective auditing
