Full Job Description

As our new Lead Maintenance and Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in our Maintenance team, helping us deliver repairs and services that really work for our customers. - Lead a large, mobile team and contractors to deliver repairs, voids and servicing works
- Build strong relationships with our maintenance partners and hold them to account
- Drive improvements in cost, time, quality and customer experience
- Take ownership of key contracts, resolving disputes and making sure work gets done right first time
- Champion change across the team and lead on strategic projects

- Been educated to degree level (or equivalent) with strong background of in-house and maintenance management/contract management
- Membership of a professional body, CIOB, RICS or equivalent
- Experience in leading dispersed teams in maintenance or contract management
- Strong skills in building partnerships, solving problems and driving performance, with a clear, calm way of communicating
- Confidence with data, budgets and contracts to make sound decisions

- Full time, 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, flexible working hours (we're open to agreeing a work pattern with you)
