As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Disposals Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering Ocean's home ownership and asset disposal programmes. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing shared ownership sales (new builds, resales, staircasing)
• Administering Right to Buy/Acquire applications
• Supporting the disposal of existing assets
• Liaising with customers, solicitors, surveyors, and internal teams
• Promoting and attending open days and launch events
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
  
  Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
• Experienced in social housing, residential sales, or a similar environment
• Knowledgeable about shared ownership, Right to Buy/Acquire, and asset disposals
• Confident in working independently and making informed decisions
You'll also need to have the ability to travel across Cornwall. The role may come with the occasional weekend work if/when required. Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• A Level (or equivalent) Level 3 qualifcation
• Experience in social housing
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to analyse data and meet targets
Desirable:
• CIH or housing-related qualification
• Sales/marketing experience
• Experience of asset sales within a social housing environment
