Full Job Description
Job Profile:Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Bromsgrove as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, with the Sales team.This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be given; however we will be requiring relevant transferrable skills in customer service, Sales and targeted environments.In return we offer: - On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum
6 months guaranteed commission pay. - 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
