Full Job Description
The successful candidate will also procure and manage contractors and be responsible for health and safety on site.
You will work on your own initiative and as part of a team carrying out works in Schools, Public Buildings and Housing properties all within the Council's property portfolio.

We're responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of over 18,000 council owned homes and various other office, public buildings and schools across the borough which stretches from Bill Quay to Chopwell. In addition to this, the Council delivers a range of investment works including major, cyclical, and planned works.
