Full Job Description
To assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of audio-visual projects. Work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth projects and successful outcomes.,
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines, equipment, and resources are aligned, Arrange ordering of equipment and Monitor ETAs to ensure time lines are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, as appropriate and in line with standard SCC collaboration governance.
- Assist Project Manager in budgeting for AV projects, tracking expenses, and ensuring the project remains within the allocated budget.
- Oversee logistics for transportation, installation, and maintenance of AV equipment.
- Fully Co-ordinate Projects where only Co-Ordination is in Scope.
- Undertake various tasks as agreed with the Project Manager to ensure the Project Manager can remain focused on delivering projects to time and on budget.
- Ensure all project paperwork is accurate and compliant with company standards.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Help address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project.
Experience in AV project coordination or administration. - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner.
