Full Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of an integrated PFI facility services contract across three sites in Humberside. With responsibility for a £1.2 million contract and annual projects ranging from £200k to £800k, this is a high-impact role offering real autonomy and flexibility to shape and grow the account., Reporting to the Key Account Portfolio Director, you'll be the main point of contact for the client and lead a team delivering both hard and soft FM services. You'll manage the day-to-day operations, oversee life cycle projects, and ensure the contract is prepared for a smooth hand back at the end of its term. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a major service provider, with clear routes for progression into an Account Manager role and beyond.   • Manage a team of 20 including Helpdesk Manager, Cleaning and Security Supervisors and staff
  • Oversee P&L and budget management, including reporting and reviews
  • Deliver project works such as asset replacements and fabric upgrades
  • Handle client requests and ensure strong customer service in a live public space
  • Maintain compliance through audits including H&S, industry and prisoner cell audits
  • Liaise effectively with SPV, HMCTS, and MOJ
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure contract performance

    Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or equivalent
  • Experience managing PFI contracts preferred
  • Skilled in managing technical infrastructure and engineering systems (Hard FM)
  • Experience delivering soft facility services (Soft FM)
  • Proven P&L management experience
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial mindset
