Full Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant PFI Project Manager to support a leading PFI contract in East Anglia. You will oversee complex capital works from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, contract requirements, and best practices.

  • Assistant PFI Project Manager, Project Management & Capital Variations - Support and deliver capital works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all projects align with RIBA stages, CDM regulations, and site management protocols.
  • PFI Contract Administration - Manage lifecycle works, contract obligations, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Construction & QS Expertise - Leverage technical knowledge to oversee and deliver high-value capital projects.
  • Stakeholder & Risk Management - Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.

    Proven Project Management experience within healthcare or PFI contracts.
  • Background in Construction or Quantity Surveying (QS) within PFI
  • Knowledge of PFI contract administration, lifecycle works, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing capital works programmes.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
