Full Job Description
Based on site in the Lincoln area, duties will include:
· Planning and managing the execution of the construction project.
· Leading the project team and coordinating with consultants, senior management, contractors, and clients
· Monitoring progress against the project schedule and budget.
· Attending internal and external progress meetings
· Health & Safety management with support from DG QHSE manager
· Specification and procurement of materials.
· Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
· Management and briefing of installation personnel.
· Resolving installation and access issues.
· Completion and submission of technical submissions
· Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
