Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to uniting for a life unlimited for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis. We're working towards a brighter future for everyone with cystic fibrosis (CF) by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way. We're looking for a Clinical Quality Improvement Facilitator to drive improvements in cystic fibrosis care by supporting and accelerating targeted quality improvement (QI) within CF centres and clinics across the UK. At a time of significant change and transformation in CF clinical care, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team at Cystic Fibrosis Trust. This role will play an important part in maximising the impact of several datasets already held by the Trust, and enabling patient-centric, evidence-based improvements in CF care. A confident facilitator, you will help to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for CF teams, and support them with local projects to improve care, from small scale changes to larger QI initiatives. You will build strong relationships with the CF clinical community, encouraging and supporting them to share best practices and innovations. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the wider work of the QI team and attend relevant conferences and events., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. • Experience of clinical quality improvement in healthcare settings, including knowledge of evidence-based QI approaches
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience of delivering presentations and/or group facilitation
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and translate complex data into accessible and actionable information for healthcare professionals
