We are looking for Senior Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. You will manage a project commercial delivery team, project finances and contractual obligations internally and externally, including all subcontract packages as a member Project Management Team within prescribed financial margins of the project to the satisfaction of internal and external clients and within the companies financial targets. What you'll do:

• Set a commercial strategy that sets challenging financial targets that achieve the best case gross project margin. (Outperform Targets). Be able to articulate how these targets have been assessed and how they can be achieved.
• Set strategy for overcoming issues and implement.
• Understand the impact of variations on critical path.
• Assess EOT entitlement for Skanska and assess objectively sub contractor EOT entitlement
• Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled
  
  Experience working on large projects £200m+.
• Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
• Experience with NEC forms of contract
• MRICS or CICES desirable
• Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
