Job ref: 7a3eb321495b4c47ae3c32404d07a895

Full Job Description

The Ethox Centre is an internationally recognised multidisciplinary bioethics research centre. It is a vibrant and intellectually stimulating place to work. Ethox is based within The Nuffield Department of Population Health, which undertakes world-leading research into long term, chronic health conditions, operating large-scale long-term studies and projects to identify the causes, prevention and treatment of diseases that result in avoidable suffering for millions of people around the world.
We are seeking a Research Projects Co-ordinator to oversee a number of externally funded research projects led by the Ethox Centre. This is an interesting and varied role, supporting the development and delivery of a portfolio of global health ethics research projects and will require coordination across University Departments and external UK and overseas partners.

To be considered for this post you will need to be educated to degree level and have experience of administration or project management in an academic research environment or other large complex organisation. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to use empathy, tact and discretion to build effective and cooperative working relationships with colleagues at all levels and across an international network.

Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford), Old Road Campus, Headington, Oxford, OX3 7LF
