The ideal candidate will hold an HNC or equivalent qualification in Building/Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, supported by relevant experience and a commitment to Continuing Professional Development. They will bring solid project management expertise within the construction sector, including experience across new builds, refurbishments, maintenance, and M&E works. Chartered membership with professional bodies such as CIOB or RICS is highly desirable, as is hands-on site project management experience. A strong working knowledge of health and safety practices is essential, including Asbestos Awareness and IOSH Managing Safely, with additional qualifications such as Legionella Control (L8) and SMSTS certification considered advantageous. The candidate should also demonstrate good numeracy, literacy, and IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, and possess a working understanding of project delivery aligned with RIBA stages We'd love it if you've already worked on MOD sites or are familiar with NEC3 contracts, and if you hold additional training in areas such as asbestos or legionella management. Professional body membership, such as APM Associate status, is a bonus too.
