Have you experience of the health and care system and would like to increase opportunities to engage with volunteers? Do you believe that volunteering has an important role in health and wellbeing outcomes? Are you an effective communicator and advocate?
Come and help lead a new project to build partnerships and develop volunteering infrastructure in primary care settings, working closely with Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board. Drive a step change in recruitment and retention practices to create a more resilient and diverse body of volunteers.
We are looking for an organised and energetic self-starter who is an effective communicator, will help to drive culture change across the ICS, and make the case for investing in volunteering. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of the local health and care system and health inequalities approach. Plus a track-record in building productive relationships with strategic partners, developing new resources and effective evaluation techniques.
