To facilitate, coordinate and document detailed business requirements regarding the business change agenda (project or work package).
To work directly with the relevant IT development team or cross functionally as appropriate to articulate and ascertain the feasibility of the business change and mediate cross functionally regarding potential solutions.
To aide in the development of new solutions to meet business change requirements.
To assist internal customers in the management and development of their business processes to create efficiency and value.
To assist in the management of key IT projects, work packages from their inception to ensuring they are completed:

Experience of working in an agile environment and the management of a product backlog
Knowledges of Microsoft Azure DevOps would be an advantage
Excellent communication and coordinating skills will ability to gather and challenge requirements
Experience of a fast-paced retailer, supply chain or similar environment would be an advantage
Analysis capability to work with business users and IT development teams to turn business problems into system solution requirement
Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities
Strong communication and relationship management skills are a must
