ISS is looking for a Head of P&C Mobilisations & Transitions to lead a team of TUPE specialists, ensuring strong governance and compliance within the function. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire TUPE process, providing expertise and guidance to ensure smooth transitions for employees joining and leaving ISS., Your primary focus will be to maintain a positive employee experience throughout the TUPE process, supporting those who are joining ISS as well as those transitioning out. You'll work to ensure a seamless and transparent process, upholding the values of fairness and respect for all parties involved. As the Company's TUPE subject matter expert, you will be instrumental in driving best practices, offering advice, and implementing solutions that meet both legal requirements and operational needs. Your expertise will be key in shaping the employee experience and ensuring ISS remains a trusted and respected employer throughout the transition process. • Lead a team of TUPE practitioners and administrators
• Manage complex mobilisation and transition projects
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain high-quality material promoting ISS as an employer of choice
• Ensure TUPE materials are up-to-date and legally compliant
• Stay informed on legal developments and adopt best practices
• Manage resources to address activity peaks and escalate complex issues
• Identify and mitigate commercial and legal risks
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders and support the commercial team
  
  Strong leadership and team management skills
• Extensive knowledge and experience in TUPE
• Commercially aware with good business insight
• Confident in delivering presentations
• Skilled in project management and organisation
• Willing to travel and work across the UK
