- Drafting and coordinating Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality assurance check sheets
- Managing Health & Safety Files and As-Built documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading and contributing to both client and internal quality and compliance meetings
- Coordinating the quality aspects of HV systems and substation construction, including electrical, civils, and utilities elements
- Chairing workshops and supporting the Construction Management Team with quality-related matters
- Producing weekly and monthly reports on quality performance for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the Non-Conformance process and overseeing timely close-out and implementation of lessons learned
- Providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent quality standards are upheld across the team
- Line managing a team of Quality Inspectors and promoting best practice across all quality activities
That's why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done., You have previous experience in a Quality Manager role, ideally within the utilities or construction sectors, and are confident in carrying out inspections, audits, and managing the full quality lifecycle of complex projects. Your knowledge of HV systems, substation construction, and quality standards like SROH and NRSWA will be essential in this role. You are proactive, methodical, and capable of influencing and guiding teams to meet high quality and compliance standards. A relevant vocational qualification in construction, quality, or a related field is required, and any certifications in quality auditing or health & safety are highly desirable. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills will help you thrive in this role.
