Line Leaders - (FTC to End of September) Location: March Shifts: Panama Shift Pattern (5am to 5pm) 2 weekly rolling pattern, every other weekend off. Contract: Fixed-Term Contract until End of September 2025 Due to high levels of customer demand and increased order volumes over the busy summer period, we're looking for Line Leaders to join our production team on a fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality produce to our customers every day. Key Responsibilities: Production & Quality Prepare production lines and ensure smooth shift start-ups. Maintain machinery cleanliness and complete pre-start checks. Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and legal standards. People & Performance Monitor team attendance and encourage motivation. Lead daily Top5 meetings and communicate KPIs. Promote teamwork, respect, and a continuous improvement mindset. Hygiene & Stock Maintain a clean and safe production environment. Manage raw materials and finished product stock effectively, minimising waste.
