Production Operatives needed in Cheltenham, to work late shift Monday to Friday 16:00 to finish, paying £13.41ph from 18:00, temp to perm, starting as soon as possible.

Pertemps is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well established and growing business in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail who are looking for a long term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

This role involves hand finishing and ironing garments and linen to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at all times.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
16:00-00:00 (Evening/Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Hand ironing and finishing garments and linen individually
Ensuring every item meets quality standards before dispatch
Counting items accurately and maintaining production records
Packing finished products ready for distribution
Checking order numbers and customer details carefully
Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift
Following all health and safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean and organised

What We're Looking For:

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work accurately and consistently in a factory environment
Good numeracy skills and confidence counting stock quantities
Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures
Reliable and committed attitude
Previous production, manufacturing, laundry, finishing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Willingness to complete the induction and training programme
