As Planning Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of production schedulers to create and execute production schedules that optimise cost, service, and efficiency. You will drive continuous improvement, champion operational excellence, and ensure alignment with Müller's strategic goals.,

• Lead, coach, and develop the planning team to deliver high performance
• Create and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement improvements for plan adherence and service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Logistics, and Customer Operations
• Support business change initiatives and system/process enhancements
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service through efficient production planning., Proven experience in planning or scheduling within a fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environment

• Proficiency in planning systems and tools (e.g., AS400, Excel, DPS,SAP)
