I am looking for a Production Operative with a strong manufacturing/production background to join our client, BAE Systems, at their Radway Green site. The role is focused specifically on following the Manufacturing instructions & following the guidance of the Cell Leader. Role Responsibilities

Routine duties & assisting other operatives.
Preparation of raw materials for processing
Packaging finished goods.
Loading vehicles
Cleaning of work areas/maintaining standards
Report to the Cell Leader

Competent in Data Capture & SAP
Experience in working in a manufacturing / production environment.
Strong Interpersonal/Team Management Skills
Awareness of Continuous Improvement Tools
Capable of maintaining appropriate standards
Innovation and Problem Solving
Two-way Communication
Drive and Commitment
ESM Awareness or equivalent
Good understanding of lean principles
Quality Awareness
Ability to demonstrate leadership.

Standard shift (07:30-16:30) - £17.41/hr
Shift patterns are selected by the client. To apply you must be available for all shifts.
All pay rates are advertised as a PAYE rate.
