Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in the safe, efficient day-to-day running of the RAP Yard, contributing to production targets and high-quality outputs. Your responsibilities will include:

Mixing asphalt to specification
Production of RAP to specification
Working collaboratively to deliver quality materials and on-time customer deliveries
Weighbridge operations
Operating mobile plant including loading shovel
Supporting Supervisors with daily and weekly production targets
Carrying out inspections, identifying defects and implementing remedial actions
Assisting with planned and reactive plant maintenance
Ensuring housekeeping standards are consistently high
Actively promoting and operating to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards

Experience or interest in plant or mobile machinery operations
Shovel licence(desirable but not essential)
Excavator Licence(essential)
A flexible, team-focused approach
Motivation, good time keeping and strong work ethic
Clear communication skills and confidence to escalate issues when needed
IT literacy
Full UK Driving Licence
