We're looking for a Hatchery Operative to join our Hygiene team at our Hatchery in Shobdon, Herefordshire! No experience necessary, full training is provided! About the role As a Hatchery Operative, working as part of the Hatchery Team, you'll help assist the hatchery and play a key role in the daily duties which are fundamental to our entire business.

Cleaning all equipment after use to the required high standards
Safeguarding bio security and following these strict procedures
Observing bird welfare and health and safety on site at all times

A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
Good teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

£13.25 per hour plus £0.99 shift premium.
