Production Operative required in Ledbury, paying £13.00 per hour, Temporary Ongoing, Weekly Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday)

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well established and manufacturer of frozen products based in Ledbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production team on a temporary ongoing basis, with full time hours and weekly rotating shifts. Due to the nature of the products, you will be working in a chilled environment with temperatures typically between 0°C and 4°C.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
Picking stock from designated locations and supplying production areas.
Replenishing stock to ensure continuous production.
Packing products efficiently and accurately on the production line.
Checking product weights meet required specifications.
Carrying out quality control checks to company standards.
Labelling products with the correct batch codes and information.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Comfortable working in chilled conditions (0°C to 4°C).
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Flexible to work the weekly rotating shift pattern.

Hours of Work

Weekly Rotating Monday to Friday Shifts:
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 (37.5 hours)
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:30 (40 hours)

Pay Rate:
£13.00 per hour
