Full Job Description
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment? We are looking for a dedicated Feed Production Operative to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality animal feed products. What You'll Do:
- Operate mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently
- Manage raw material intake, weighbridge procedures, and quality control
- Operate bagging and packing systems while maintaining accurate records
- Oversee stock control of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with medicated feed procedures and company quality standards
- Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with maintenance as needed
- Keep work areas clean and organized, following hygiene and safety protocols
- Serve customers and load vehicles, ensuring correct product and weight
Experience in a production, manufacturing, or agricultural environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
