What You'll Be Doing as a Assembly Operative:

Assembling high-precision components to exact specifications

Working from technical drawings and instructions

Using hand tools and magnification equipment (training provided)

Completing quality checks and meeting production targets

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Who We're Looking For:

Excellent attention to detail and steady hands

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

Assembly or production experience is beneficial—but not essential

Perfect for people who enjoy detailed, hands-on work
