The post holder is responsible for the decant process, ensuring that parts are decanted appropriately and labelled correctly for despatch. Ensuring that you are working to strict safety and quality requirements to achieve daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer requirements with some supervision from a Team-Leader.,

Process orders through automated racking system in line with customer requirements, ensuring that procedures and policies are always followed.
Ensure that all decanted parts are labelled correctly for dispatch by adhering to G-TEM labelling & packaging policies and procedures.
Promote a culture of working safely by always working in a safe manner complying with company Health & Safety and environmental standards.
Complete timesheets to account for "up and down time" daily.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities, for example submitting suggestions to improve the process flow to increase the production cell efficiency or improve health & safety on the shopfloor.
To keep the area clean and tidy throughout the day in line with 3S standards.
Support 5s activities throughout the shopfloor (Sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain).
To follow instructions to ensure maximum effectiveness and to adhere to safety guidelines.
Actively participate in training and development activities identified for either personal and/or team development advancement.
To be prepared to undertake and support other reasonable requests made by the company.

Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
Previous experience in Automotive Manufacturing would be advantageous.
