Full Job Description
- Communicate daily production schedules to ensure efficiency and address capacity challenges
- Align materials and packaging supply schedules to prevent shortages, quickly escalating supply issues when necessary
- Collaborate with production teams on schedule adjustments, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full
- Monitor and report on production progress, sales data, and potential risks, working to minimise waste and optimise resources
- Identify and address recurring supply issues, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities
- Investigate production challenges to support effective customer communications and drive growth
- Provide regular updates to line managers on potential opportunities or risks impacting the business
Experience in high volume production planning and raw materials in FMCG - Knowledge of production processes, ideally in fresh/chill operations.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in MRP systems
- Mathematical skills with the ability to evaluate and analyse data
- Knowledge of supply chain and distribution management
- Flexible working approach
