At our Clitheroe Twin Brook site, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Operator (Line QA) to play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards. Your Role: As a Quality Control Operator (Line QA), you will be responsible for:

• Following all Health & Safety (H&S) protocols and reporting potential hazards.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining product traceability.
• Monitoring and enforcing food safety standards, hygiene practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Conducting product quality checks, including pH monitoring, temperature checks, gas analysis, metal detection, and packaging
quality assessment.
• Checking and ensuring compliance with labelling accuracy, date printing, and seal integrity.

• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
• Essential Hygiene and Chemical Awareness
• Level 1/2 HACCP Certification
• ESOL Entry 2 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of English (written & verbal) and basic numeracy.
