Setting the direction of shift team and ensure overall performance of the department to meet objectives for safety, quality, process reliability, productivity, food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
Participating in and/or leads cross-functional improvement teams and other HPO (High Performance Organization) activities.
Ensuring product and service meets all compliance and food safety regulations and complete all follow up activities.
Maintaining inventory control and traceability and work with Stock Controllers to investigate, execute, and communicate root cause failure analysis, including recommending and implementing resolutions.
Managing the DC yard, Palletizer area, IBC management and including management of SILO area, waste management and Security.
Providing daily team management for DC priorities, team support, administration, and operational report reviews to maintain shift performance and material flows across the factory.
Participating in the interview process, on-boarding and early development of team members.
Performing Technician job duties as needed.
Acting as stand-in Warehouse Manager as needed.

Relevant Warehouse operations experience, ideally to include proven experience in automated solutions and food operations.
Relevant Leadership experience: ability to provide daily direction / coaching.
Experience of working with Logistics 3PL providers.
Office 365 & SAP or other enterprise resource planning tool; mechanical aptitude; presentation skills.
Strong coordination ability.
Ability to provide daily direction and coaching/conflict resolution.
Able to build and maintain contacts across the Plant.
Ability to teach/coach direct team in operational area / key interface with other areas/teams within the Plant and contributes to the Plant results.
Equal understanding on manufacturing and warehouse operations environments.
Strong understanding of PDCA methodology and able to facilitate and/or participate in problem-solving discussions with team or cross-functional team.
