Full Job Description

  • Setting the objectives, definition and requirements of user stories, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies working with Product Managers and Engineering colleagues
  • Brief UX to develop journeys and designs that support features well. Work with development teams to establish and document technical details needed for user stories. Work with QA, test and release teams to ensure all features are of the highest quality and delivered bug free
  • Own the app customer experience, using comprehensive knowledge of the customer to analyse the key in-app metrics across the conversion funnel, ensuring backlog delivers against these KPIs
  • Collaborate with wider teams across Commercial and Brand to drive input and awareness of optimisation and development roadmaps, and building understanding of the trade offs between time to market, scope, business context and risks
  • What we need:
  • Established set of Product development best practices methods to define requirements
  • Use of analytics and KPIs to define Feature and Product Goals
  • Excellent communication, ability to translate customer and technical concepts
  • Strong instinct for great design and usability, always searching for next customer insight
