What You'll Do

Shipping & Sourcing Support

Identify best suppliers for specific devices and place orders accordingly
Review customer orders ready for processing, identify next steps
Prepare devices for shipping: packaging, shipment creation, liaising with couriers, etc. Quality Management
Test technology and accessories
Enforce quality standards
Support high customer satisfaction standards

Data Management & Pricing

Manage client, product, and pricing data
Support accurate product listings and pricing updates
Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems
Learn how data drives business decisions
