Full Job Description
As an AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and maintaining AI systems that enhance our customer experience, product offerings, and internal processes. You'll collaborate with various teams to solve real-world problems and help us innovate in how we use technology to drive efficiency and sustainability. What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered systems and tools
- Research and experiment with machine learning algorithms to improve performance
- Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models into production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals
- Monitor and optimise AI systems for reliability and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members to share progress and troubleshoot challenges
