Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or bespoke platforms. Support project teams with documentation, testing, and user training. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Troubleshoot system issues and provide first-line support to end users. Learn and apply industry best practices in IT governance, data management, and system integration.Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
A recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.Mindset:
A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for learning and technology.Collaboration:
