As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a vital role at the heart of our procurement operations supporting the efficient flow of materials, services, and information that keep critical defence and engineering projects on track. Day-to-day, you'll be:

Converting approved requisitions into purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures
Monitoring and managing open purchase orders, keeping system data up to date
Resolving invoice queries promptly, working closely with finance and accounts payable teams
Supporting Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) reconciliation activities to maintain financial accuracy
Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely procurement operations

Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Using Microsoft Office tools confidently, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders
Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a procurement or supply chain environment (preferred)
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above
Desirable - CIPS qualification or equivalent
