Full Job Description

We are looking for an organised Commercial Assistant to join our team. This role will be working with our fantastic and friendly commercial team supporting our Remote Services sector as well as helping with general marketing and PR., Sourcing and Cost Management:

  • Source supplier costs for freight forwarding activities across various modes of transport.
  • Providing rate quotations to customers.
  • Marketing and PR:
  • Assist in designing, producing, and maintaining marketing and PR materials.
  • Update and maintain the Group PR profile on social media and the company website.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Book travel arrangements for senior management and other staff.
  • Manage visa requirements as needed.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

    Do you have experience working in sales or business administration?
  • Are you a social media whizz? Or looking to grow your career or find your next challenge?,
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a logistics or freight forwarding environment, preferred but not essential
  • Training provided
  • We are looking for someone to start asap our interview process will be really simple
  • Telephone pre-screen
  • Face to Face interview
