Chase suppliers to confirm and meet their delivery dates and pull orders in or push them out as priorities change.
Line up First Article Inspections with suppliers, Quality and Engineering, and track them through to approval.
Flag supply risks, shortages and late deliveries to the relevant Program Sourcing Lead in time to do something about them.
Sort out goods-receipt, quantity and price discrepancies with Finance, Materials and suppliers.
Keep supplier and part data accurate so planning and reporting can be trusted.
Help set up and qualify suppliers when the Program Sourcing Leads ask.
Report on orderbook health, delivery performance and FAI status.
