The Production Scheduler will play a key role in ensuring efficient scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines. This role involves processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and using spreadsheets to manage and optimise production planning.,

• Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process customer orders accurately and enter relevant data into the ERP system
• Maintain and update production schedules using spreadsheets and internal planning tools
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary in response to changing priorities or disruptions
• Liaise with production, warehouse, sales and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track production performance and KPIs

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join their dynamic team., Proven experience in a production scheduling, planning, or administrative role within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, filters, and pivot tables)
• Strong data entry and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems (desirable but not essential)
