Full Job Description

Albany Beck is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with an excellent background in Business Management Support to work with a leading financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in financial and workforce management, vendor oversight, and executive-level reporting., Business Management & Reporting
+ Support business management activities, including financial oversight, procurement, vendor management, and workforce tracking.
+ Build and maintain reports for both senior and junior management, translating complex data into clear, presentable formats (Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Take minutes and track actions from key meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Financial & Accounting Oversight
+ Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
+ Oversee purchase order management and month-end financial processes.
Workforce & Vendor Management
+ Track workforce headcount and hiring pipelines.
+ Assist with joiner-mover-leaver processes and workforce analytics.
+ Support workforce training and experience tracking to identify skill gaps.
+ Oversee vendor contract renewals/terminations and assist with SLA tracking and risk assessments.
Security Management Support
+ Manage calendars for security forums and ensure key reporting deadlines are met.
+ Organize and maintain documentation in SharePoint.

+ Strong Excel skills - data collation, analysis, and organization.
+ Experience building reports in PowerPoint for different management levels.
+ Background in financial management, including accounting principles and procurement.
+ Experience in workforce tracking and headcount analysis.
+ Knowledge of vendor and contract management.
+ Familiarity with security forum administration and reporting is a plus.
