You'll take full commercial ownership of a Top 4 grocery account (Tesco or Asda), leading the joint business plan and driving growth across whiskey, tequila and other premium categories within a major national retailer. This is a genuinely autonomous role with full P&L accountability. You'll manage all levers - commercial terms, promotional planning, brand activation, forecasting and supply chain coordination - to deliver both short-term results and long-term strategic growth.,

Leading the joint business planning process with a senior grocery buyer, ensuring alignment on volume, value and profit targets
Managing the full P&L, including trade investment, pricing strategy and promotional ROI
Developing and executing brand activation plans in collaboration with customer marketing and the retailer's media partners
Building best-in-class relationships with key stakeholders, both externally with the retail partner and internally across commercial, marketing and supply teams
Identifying new commercial opportunities and ways of working that strengthen both the partnership and business performance

You'll have strong national account management experience within branded FMCG, with a proven track record of delivering growth in competitive grocery environments - ideally with exposure to either Tesco or Asda.
