ISS Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) is undergoing an exciting transformation - shifting from a traditional, savings-focused function to a strategic value driver across the full outsourcing contract lifecycle, including bid, transition and operations. This is a pivotal time to join the team, with significant investment in both people and process, offering strong opportunities for career development within a growing organisation., As Procurement Business Partner (Commercial), you will play a vital role in supporting this evolution, working closely with our Commercial teams to embed procurement excellence throughout key account activities. This role is fast-paced and varied, offering an excellent opportunity to shape how procurement supports commercial success. You will help strengthen the link between procurement and the wider business, enabling smarter, value-focused procurement strategies across bids and operational delivery. This is an ideal role for someone with a collaborative approach, strong commercial acumen, and the desire to contribute to both team and organisational growth.,

• Act as the UK SC&P subject matter expert for bid and mobilisation projects
• Drive 90% preferred supplier compliance at bid stage and manage exception approvals
• Collate and seek approval for client terms such as flow downs
• Introduce supplier innovation and sustainability initiatives into Commercial team planning
• Oversee specialist sourcing outside preferred supplier list scope
• Maintain SC&P bid library and support with bid response content
• Provide monthly win/loss pipeline updates to the SC&P team
  
  Strong facilities management background, ideally with hard FM experience
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills across varied teams
• Experience in bids and mobilisations within the FM sector
• Proactive and visible team player with high energy
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Confident engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible FM focus - open to candidates from either hard or soft FM backgrounds
